Can you ship overseas?Generally yes! Contact me via email with the details and I can get a shipping quote for you.

What is the custom made timeframe?This depends on lots of factors but generally between 4-6 weeks. If you have a deadline be sure to let me know as early as possible to ensure a smooth process.

Returns and ExchangeChange-of-mind exchanges are available. Please email within 3 days of receiving the piece/s to discuss exchange and request return address. Return the piece/s unworn, in original condition and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility for the cost of return postage and for any damage or loss in transit. Option to then exchange for another piece of jewellery or a credit note (valid 6 months). Refunds are not available for change-of-mind. If you consider any item to be faulty, please email us immediately to discuss. A refund will be provided should the piece/s prove to be faulty.

Do you do custom wedding bands or engagement rings?Yes! Most definitely, this is one of my favourite things to do. I would love to collaborate on a special project and look forward designing the perfect piece with you. Get in touch via email so we can chat through specific options.

Do you do jewellery repairs?I'm more than happy to take a look at something for you and let you know what I believe is the best option. More than likely it can be fixed or reused to create something new and amazing.
