General
Change-of-mind exchanges are available. Please email within 3 days of receiving the piece/s to discuss exchange and request return address.
Return the piece/s unworn, in original condition and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility for the cost of return postage and for any damage or loss in transit. Option to then exchange for another piece of jewellery or a credit note (valid 6 months).
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind.
If you consider any item to be faulty, please email us immediately to discuss. A refund will be provided should the piece/s prove to be faulty.
