• the jewellery designs are of a hand-crafted, organic nature, and therefore irregularities in texture and markings are inherent features of these pieces. Each piece is unique.

• that despite every effort to provide accurate images via website, social media and email, the actual colours of stones and metals may vary slightly. 

• the stated policies regarding estimated production times, shipping, sizing, returns and exchanges.
