SHIPPING POLICY
At S.Cate Jewellery, we take great care in handling your orders and ensuring they reach you in a timely manner. Most items are made to order this is to reduce wastage and ensure that you get a unique, bespoke piece. This process can take up to 6 weeks depending on the item, how busy Sarah is and normal life stuff. If you have a specific date that you require something please contact us normally we can shuffle things around to accomodate. We generally use Australia Post although if you prefer a different shipping method please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs. Our packaging is designed to protect your precious handmade jewellery. Shipping is free over $350 otherwise costs are calculated at checkout, and we strive to provide transparent and competitive rates.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your handmade jewellery from S.Cate Jewellery. In the event that you have a change of heart or encounter any concerns with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Change-of-mind exchanges are available within 3 days of receiving the piece/s. Return the piece/s unworn, in original condition and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility for the cost of return postage and for any damage or loss in transit. Option is then exchange for another piece of jewellery or a credit note (valid 6 months). Refunds are not available for change-of-mind. A refund will be provided should the piece/s prove to be faulty.
